I was always afraid of traveling alone. So one day I decided to face my fear and went on a solo trip to South America. During this journey the dilemmas, the demoralizing setbacks and the constant pressure to effectively communicate made me a braver and more responsible person. I also experienced many unique and sometimes hilarious situations as an Indian Backpacker travelling to the other side of the world.
I feel very lucky to live in Weimar, a beautiful city once inhabited by some renowned personalities like Goethe, Schiller and Nietzsche. I can feel the inspiration in the air when I walk by the side of the river in the beautiful Ilm park.
I love reading. A good book is like a philosophers stone. It can turn the heart and mind of the reader into gold.
I have a whole range of hobbies and interests. Solving puzzles, playing cricket, giving talks, teaching yoga, organizing events for the international students and learning German are some of my favorite things to do these days, other than singing Hindi and Bengali songs to my newborn son.
